1. Goods supplied for credit must be paid for by the due date shown on the invoice.
   
   
2. Your credit limit will be set at an agreed level, goods will not be supplied in excess of this figure without prior arrangement.
   
   
3. It is the Customers responsibility to ensure that payment to clear the full balance due is received at our Swansea Offices by the due date. We regret settlement discount, as shown on invoices, cannot be allowed for payment received after that date.
   
   
4. Overdue accounts will jeopardise future deliveries and we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue balances at the rate of 2% per month. An administrative charge will be made for any cheques returned or represented by the bank.
   
   
5. In the majority of cases orders are delivered carriage paid. However we reserve the right at our discretion to levy a charge against orders that do not meet a minimum order level or incur additional carriage costs.
   
   
6. Claims for short delivery against invoiced quantities, or damaged goods must be made WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
   
   
7. Claims for faulty goods will not be considered AFTER THREE MONTHS FROM DATE OF INVOICE.
   
   
8. Price changes will be made from time to time without formal notice. Goods will be supplied at the prices ruling at time of invoice.
   
   
9. Special promotions run from the website are subject to withdrawal at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to vary such promotions depending on product availability and prices being offered.
   
   
10. All goods are supplied firm sale unless specifically agreed in writing.
    
    
11. All goods are sold by the Company to the purchaser shall be and remain the property of the Company until the purchase price thereof shall be paid to the Company. In the case of default in payment by the Purchaser, the Company shall have the right to repossess and permanently retain any unpaid for goods and revoke all liabilities of the Company to the Purchaser on the Contract of Sale and delivery of such goods.
    
    
12. The Company's standard terms and conditions shall apply unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing by both buyer and seller. Acceptance of goods shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
